Committees help run USA Wrestling

A good explanation of the role of committees in USAW would be great. We also need a category page for each committee, and a page for each member of each committee. Here is the list. The fact that it's so hard to find on TheMat is a good example of why we're doing this.

For convenience, here is the list of committees. All of these currently have pages.

In addition, there is the National Coaches' Council and the National Wrestling Officials Association. The Officials Association is an organization independent of USA Wrestling. The Coaches' Council is a part of USA Wrestling; if anyone knows in what way it's different than a committee, or, if it's the same, why it's not listed with the other committees, edit this.
